Connect Intervals.icu once and Season reads every ride from your Garmin, COROS or any device linked there, plans your season back from your A event, and sends each workout to your calendar.
How it works
A free Intervals.icu account collects your rides from Garmin Connect, COROS, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Zwift, Suunto, Polar and more. Link them once in Intervals.icu's settings and every ride lands there.
One click. Season imports your history, from the last few months to everything you have, and reads each ride's power, heart rate and file before it says a word about your training.
Season plans the season back from race day: an aerobic base, an event-specific Build, one taper week, then race week, sized from the hours you actually ride. One tap sends a session to your Intervals.icu calendar, and Intervals.icu passes it on to Garmin.
Through Intervals.icu
Garmin on the road, COROS on the trail, Zwift in winter: if it reaches Intervals.icu, Season reads it. Rides that arrive twice, through Intervals.icu and a direct Wahoo or Hammerhead link, are counted once.
Years of rides, not the last six weeks. Season finds your FTP from your best efforts, sees how your fitness has built and fallen, and writes a monthly Athlete Report on where you stand.
Structured sessions, with warm-up, intervals and power targets as a percentage of FTP, are written to your Intervals.icu calendar. With planned-workout upload switched on for Garmin in Intervals.icu, they reach Garmin Connect and your Edge or watch.
New rides come across without an export: when you open Season, and in a nightly catch-up. The coach scores each day against the plan and adjusts what comes next.
Questions
Yes. Season connects to your Intervals.icu account, reads your rides and history, and coaches you from them: it plans the season back from your A event, builds each week, and sends the sessions to your Intervals.icu calendar.
Yes, through Intervals.icu. Link Garmin Connect in Intervals.icu's settings, then connect Intervals.icu to Season. Your Garmin rides reach Season, and planned workouts go back to Garmin Connect when planned-workout upload is switched on for Garmin in Intervals.icu. A direct Garmin connection is coming soon.
Anything that syncs to Intervals.icu works: link it there and Season reads it. Wahoo and Hammerhead head units can also connect to Season directly.
Season writes each session to your Intervals.icu calendar as a structured workout. Intervals.icu uploads planned workouts to Garmin Connect when that option is on for your Garmin link, and your Edge or watch picks them up on its next sync.
Strava's terms stop it passing ride data on, so rides that reach Intervals.icu only through Strava arrive empty. Link your device brand (Garmin, COROS, Wahoo and so on) directly in Intervals.icu instead; its history import brings older rides across.
No. A free Intervals.icu account is all Season needs.
Every plan starts with a free trial: 7 days on Season PRO ($8.99 a month) or 3 days on Season Lite ($3.99 a month). Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Season is an AI coach built on Joe Friel's periodization, with the rules it must not break written into the app itself: how big a week may be, when intensity may start, what a taper keeps. Human coaches can also run their athletes through Season.
Connect Intervals.icu, give Season the date, and your first week is on your calendar today.
